Magdalena shares her passion for teaching yoga through practice that blend energetic flow, physical alignment, breath and awareness. With 1000+ hours of teacher training in India, Sweden, the US, and the UK, she brings knowledge from various modalities and a heartfelt approach to her teaching. 

Known for her reflective nature, she infuses her sessions with insights & mindfulness, creating a space for self-exploration and connection. The music is an integral part in all Magdalenas yoga classes, carefully selected to enhance the experience. 

In Magdalenas 4Beat Vinyasa classes you can expect to be guided through a dynamic, playful & balanced flow, a moving meditation, sprinkled with inversions and emphasis on the breath. In her Yin Yoga classes, she guides you through themed sequences, exploring poses to help you find stillness and calm, inviting the nervous system to relax and enter a healing, restorative state.

With a lifelong love for movement, including dance, sports, and functional strength training, Magdalena also brings years of experience in coaching individuals and groups. Her professional experience as a nurse specialist in anesthesia and prehospital emergency care, has greatly contributed to her focus and interest on the breath, heart and nervous system, as well as encouraged her to deepen her knowledge in holistic health.
